Compared to other sites I’ve used, this one felt a bit harder to navigate. I had trouble finding what I was looking for, the pages loaded slower than I expected, and the checkout process was a little confusing. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t feel as smooth as most online shops I’m used to...

I accidentally ordered the wrong size cover and had to swap it out. Support got back to me the next day and told me what I needed to send back, which was straightforward. The replacement showed up fine and fits way better. I’m giving it 4 stars because the wait felt a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was okay. That’s it.

As someone who notices little details like seams and finishing, I was impressed when my Comfort Works slipcover arrived. The stitching is super neat, feels sturdy, and I didn’t spot any loose threads or awkward bunching anywhere. The fit is nice too, but the quality of the stitching was the first thing that stood out to me. With daily use and our dog constantly hopping on the sofa, it feels like it’s going to hold up really well. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

The cover fit my chair fine and looks okay once it’s on, but the fabric is rougher than I expected. I was hoping it would feel soft and cozy, but sitting on it isn’t that comfortable. It kind of feels like they focused more on making it look good in the pictures than actually making it pleasant to use. For the price, I’m a bit disappointed.

The custom options were actually really great, though it did take me a while to choose because apparently I needed to overthink every tiny detail. Nice problem to have, I guess.

As a pet owner, this just didn’t work for me. Pet hair sticks to it way too easily, and I can already tell it would be a hassle in a house with kids too. It looks fine, but for my everyday life, it’s not practical.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my order was completely wrong. I was looking forward to it too, especially after a long day when I just didn’t feel like cooking, also, why does deciding what to eat somehow take more energy than actually making food? Anyway, what I received wasn’t what I ordered at all, and it was frustrating. Everyone makes mistakes, but this was a big miss

I had a few things I needed to double-check before ordering my sofa cover, so I messaged support not expecting much because, customer service can be a whole useless adventure sometimes. But they replied the next day and actually answered my questions instead of sending some generic copy-paste nonsense, which was a nice surprise. There was a small delay with one follow-up, which was a bit annoying, but they did keep me updated after that. Overall, good service. I’d give it 4 stars.
